Account Management
Setting Up Your Account
- Install the Glood.AI app from the Shopify App Store
- Follow the onboarding wizard to configure your recommendations

Managing Your Subscription
Your subscription can be managed directly through:
- Shopify Admin Console: View and manage billing
- Glood.AI Dashboard: Access settings and configuration

Subscription Terms
Billing Periods
We offer flexible billing options:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Half-Yearly
- Annual
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each term unless cancelled.
Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial. During the trial period:
- Full access to services is provided "as is"
- Services may be suspended or limited without notice
- Data may be deleted at trial end if not converted to paid
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to your Shopify Admin
- Navigate to Apps
- Select Glood.AI
- Choose the cancellation option
Note: No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. See our Refund Policy for details.
