Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Use agreement. By using Glood.AI (Loopclub) services, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.

Cancellation Policy

Customer acknowledges that they can cancel the charges for the billing period at any time. However, there will be no refund for that billing period.

In case of pending dues, customer is obliged to pay the pending dues within 15 days of cancellation. Loopclub can charge the pending dues in case the customer starts using the service again.

Refund Policy

Customer acknowledges that no refund is issued for any changes in the subscription.

Key Points

  1. No Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  2. Subscription Changes: No refunds are provided when changing subscription plans.
  3. Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, but the current billing period will not be refunded.
  4. Pending Dues: Any outstanding payments must be settled within 15 days of cancellation.

Billing Terms

  • Loopclub will bill Customer on an annual/monthly/quarterly/half-yearly or any other mutually agreed period basis for all recurring fees.
  • The payments will be made in accordance with terms recommended by Shopify.
  • In case the billing is being processed via Loopclub they will follow the specified term.

Fees and Charges

The fees set forth in the order form created at the outset of Customer's account shall be effective for the Initial Term and each renewal Term of this Agreement.

Loopclub shall have the right to revise these fees at any time upon thirty (30) days' written notice to Customer. In the event that Customer does not agree with such fee revision, Customer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon 2 weeks' written notice, provided that such notice of termination must be received within thirty (30) days from the date of notice of fee increase.

Fee is based on the Service subscription and not on the actual use of the service.

Taxes

Customer acknowledges that all applicable taxes, duties, or government levies whatsoever are not included in the fees and expenses charged under this Agreement. Customer will make timely payment of all such taxes, duties, or government levies related to this Agreement.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Via Shopify Console: You can cancel directly from your Shopify admin console
  2. Via Email: Send a notice of non-renewal to [email protected]
  3. Via App Interface: Use the cancellation option within the Shopify interface
