Varfaj’s mission is to help industry changing brands by taking technology off of their plate. We do this by assembling a lean team of senior experts to strategize and execute migrations to Shopify, website redesigns, and CRO optimizations. 

MOSH partnered with Varfaj to migrate to Shopify 2.0 and redesign their website. Throughout this project, we have supported Mosh in launching new product lines, increasing their site speed and internal stability as well as optimizing their user experience using A/B testing. This transition led to effective results in boosting revenue and optimizing conversion rate.

Isla Porter needed a site that was a beautiful as it was functional. On the frontend, we partnered with Nice People to design an elegant user interface. On the backend, the Varfaj team crafted a highly technical solution to integrate Shopify, Monday.com, and Skipp AI. The result was incredible and led to a launch that beat Isla Porter's wildest expectations.

Balancing the pursuit of sustainability goals with driving revenue and expanding Outerknown's geographical footprint presented a complex challenge. For over 1.5 years, Varfaj has been Outerknown's partner in this journey. During this time, Varfaj facilitated design and development of Outerknown's B2B portal, launched two stores in Boston and New York, and streamlined countless business processes.

Varfaj has been a long-term partner with Cos Bar for over a year, guiding them through a complex migration from their Magento platform to a Shopify+ instance. This project involved a 1:1 replication of Cos Bar's frontend to a Shopify 2.0 theme, integrating various third-party services like Nosto and Gorgias, and configuring a large product catalog of over 11,000 SKUs.

Varfaj has been a long-term partner with Ghia, assisting them with their ecommerce strategy and upgrading them to Shopify 2.0. This comprehensive project involved enhancing their subscription offering to provide a more seamless customer experience. Our collaboration has helped Ghia streamline operations and deliver a superior shopping experience for their customers.
