Convert existing client website - built on Magento to Shopify following the design layout of the International brand

TDMC was tasked with shifting from Magento 1.9 to Shopify Plus. In addition we built a custom "build a pack" function allowing the customer to pick their own multipack products without having to build an external application. The migration improved site performance 100 fold and delivered significant improvements to the overall conversion rate. 

Migrated client from Magento 1.9 to Shopify with a custom theme design. 

This project was a collaboration between design agency @yahno_collective + ourselves. The client required a complete redesign and rebuild of their website. The site is integrated with Posworx for inventory management and sales as well as POS instore. 

Defy selected TDMC to complete a site redesign as well as a migration from Magento to Shopify. The project included the development of a custom PIM and a Stock2Shop integration with SAP allowing for expanded product enrichment. In addition, this project required a Channel Advisor integration for 'where to buy'.
