We helped global meal-kit subscription service HelloFresh launch into Japan, their first Asian market, with a proof-of-concept store. Leveraging Shopify Plus and Recharge, we developed a custom subscription solution that effortlessly handled complex custom discounts. We also adapted the store for a Japanese audience, honouring cultural considerations.

As part of daysoft®’s ecommerce digital transformation, Swanky migrated this leading contact lens brand from a custom-built site to Shopify Plus, giving the team increased reliability, flexibility and automation. We elevated daysoft®’s branding to give the site an upgraded aesthetic, and built custom subscription and fulfilment solutions to optimise backend functionality.

We designed and built a bespoke Shopify 2.0 site for bond-eye swim, part of The Bond-Eye Australia Group. Highlights included upgrading the website aesthetic with custom design, development of custom functionality to improve UX and aid product discovery, and use of our multi-store codebase solution to enable rapid deployment for other brands in the group.

We completed an accelerated migration from Adobe Commerce (Magento Enterprise B2B) to Shopify Plus for this leading pet food retailer. This included replatforming and configuring hundreds of thousands of data records, developing bespoke B2B Shopify functionality, and building a brand new endpoint connector to enable integration between Shopify & Sage ERP via Patchworks.

We rapidly migrated 7 separate brands of this fast-growing brand aggregator from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus, using our proprietary multi-store codebase solution to streamline design and deployment. We implemented a hybrid approach to international selling, combining Shopify Markets and expansion stores.

Swanky worked with leading pet supplements brand YuMOVE on a series of ecommerce projects designed to accelerate online growth, including development of a new Shopify store, subscription optimisation, and A/B testing.
