We partnered with Ursa Major to improve customer retention. Our audit identified storytelling gaps and the need for more messaging to promote returning and subscribing. We analysed cancellations, finding that many users who dropped out should have been using the product. Most cancellations were for lower-priced items, with the third month being a common cancellation point.View featured work
Funkin Cocktails was keen on integrating a range of features into their platform. They aimed to offer products exclusively to B2B customers and had a system for approving or rejecting companies seeking access to these products. Superco architected a single component set in Figma and corresponding Shopify code base for use by all Ceva D2C operations.
