The project started with a comprehensive review of Daniel Smart’s digital assets. The goal was to improve the website’s functionality while ensuring a smooth customer experience, especially for wholesalers. We began with the site’s redesign, focusing on user-friendly navigation, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.

The redesign involved moving the entire product catalog from the old platform to Shopify. To maintain SEO, we carefully redirected URLs. The new site emphasized eCommerce best practices. We prioritized speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and intuitive navigation. We also integrated payment gateways, third-party applications, and wholesale functionality to support various sales channels.

The first step in the project was a full website overhaul. We focused on creating a user-friendly interface that showcased Biker Universe’s Products clearly and attractively. The site was designed with mobile responsiveness and fast load times in mind, ensuring easy navigation across devices.

To increase visibility, we launched paid ads targeting both patients and caregivers. These ads highlighted the functional and stylish aspects of LVADGear’s products, such as LVAD shirts, tank tops, and shoulder bags, resulting in a stronger brand presence. The results were significant. LVAD Gear saw a rise in both traffic and engagement, leading to a steady increase in sales.

Hugger Gloves needed a robust platform to support their growth. The decision was made to migrate their site to Shopify. The new site was built focusing on eCommerce efficiency, offering faster load times, improved mobile functionality, and a more intuitive shopping experience. We also added integrations for payment processing and wholesale account management.

We migrated the entire website from WordPress to Shopify, focusing on creating a streamlined, high-performance online store. This included transferring products, images, and customer data to Shopify. Ensured a fully responsive design for users on mobile devices. Integrated Shopify’s fast and secure checkout process. Redirected URLs to maintain search engine rankings and avoid traffic drops.
