Often times, coaching is an ongoing process, especially for those who are new to digital sales. We can provide resources and training in the first hour of time, however we will also put together an action plan for the future that includes ongoing coaching on an as-needed basis. There is never any obligation or minimums beyond the hour of time, but we are confident that you'll find our courteous, knowledgeable, and personable business coaches to be an invaluable asset to your online business.

Description: We typically begin with a detailed discussion of your business logic needs. Once we have a full understanding of what is needed in an application, we will provide you with a precise specification that will describe the features and functionality of the application. Once approved, we will build a hosted web application on Google's high-availability cloud infrastructure. You may host the application yourself, or we will be happy to host and maintain the application for a monthly fee.

Often times this type of service is requested when integrating Shopify's API with that of a 3rd-party service, or introducing automations to the Shop. Before recommending custom development, we evaluate whether the functionality you need can be achieved with existing applications or with Shopify itself. A custom application truly expands the capabilities of what is possible with Shopify, and is a great option for shop owners experiencing efficiency pain-points within their business.

Description: We will start by helping you determine your precise needs for your shop design. Often times we take one of two approaches — we begin with a mockup phase and implement a fully custom design, or we start with a theme from the Shopify theme store and make customizations. The main goal is to ensure that your brand and messaging is properly reflected throughout the shop, and provide you with the tools and capabilities to create an accessible and engaging shopping experience for your customers.

Setting up a theme from the theme store is the lower cost option, but in many cases shop owners are seeking a fully unique and custom design. In this case we will start with the production and approval of interactive prototypes using Adobe XD. Once approved, we will either fully customize an existing theme, or we will build our own theme using Slate, Shopify's open-source tool that allows us to build out completely custom designs from the ground up.

A basic migration includes moving your catalog, basic pages, basic visual identity, and settings over. Before we make a recommendation we will help you to determine if an existing application or theme feature will accommodate your needs.
