Shopify Plus specialist supporting Australian online retailers. Experienced Head of Ecommerce & AU/US D2C fashion brand co-founder, I design, build & optimise Shopify stores to deliver a premium Customer experience - maximising sales conversion, revenue & profitability.

Contracted to restructure & manage tigerlily.com.au ecommerce operations including: 
Design & project manage the rollout of an integrated Shopify POS system to 10x Australian retail stores delivering a true omnichannel experience and effortless UX; 
Source & integrate new inventory management system. 
Scale performance marketing - increasing ROI across all paid & organic social & search activity. 

AU, NZ, USA UK (inikaorganic.com) Shopify Plus design, development & deployment with emphasis on UX & CRO.  Reduction in future maintenance & upgrade costs with simplifying the tech-stack & introducing modularity. Audit external digital agency relationships. Increase management visibility across all ecommerce data, developing models for P&L, 12-24 month, forecasting & conversion attribution.

Currently working with the incredibly talented team at kateandkole.com.au - an Australian premium boutique jewellery studio. Shopify-Plus optimisation, ecosystem design & implementation, GA4, Klaviyo & Gorgias integration, server-side conversion tracking... all with focus on delivering an extraordinary customer experience, naturally leading higher conversions & profitability for the company.

Co-founder with Merril Bainbridge of D2C post-maternity fashion brand built on the Shopify platform. AU based operations since 2011, expanding to USA & CA with 3PL fulfillment & Walmart distribution. Successfully exited the business when the brand was sold in February 2022.
