Migrated Ladurée to Shopify, unifying global e-commerce and retail systems. Integrated complex fulfillment and inventory flows across boutiques and online channels. Built a flexible, multi-market architecture with localized content, all managed from one back office. Enhanced the digital experience through refined UX/UI and an optimized journey reflecting Ladurée’s luxury positioning.

We began collaborating with Ning Li in 2019 to translate Typology’s commitment to high-quality, transparent skincare into a compelling and successful brand. Our work included developing a comprehensive design system that, six years later, remains fully active and continues to underpin Typology’s identity and success across all touchpoints.

Partnered with Caravane to elevate their Shopify platform through a full rebranding strategy and website redesign. Delivered a cohesive brand identity, UX/UI improvements, and optimized e-commerce experience, enhancing visual storytelling and customer engagement across their online store.

Partnered with Micadoni to deliver a complete Shopify Plus redesign. Managed art direction, asset creation, and front- and back-end development. Provided e-commerce strategy, roadmap, wireframing, UX/UI design, and scalable design system implementation, along with brand guidelines, content direction, and custom app integrations to optimize the online furniture experience.

Partnered with Coterie, a forward-thinking American D2C diaper brand, to reinvent the diaper-buying experience. Built a custom headless Shopify Plus platform with a seamless, intuitive journey. Delivered e-commerce strategy, roadmap, and scalable design system, integrating third-party APIs and advanced Shopify Plus features to boost performance and flexibility.
