Last year, we partnered with Shopify Plus merchant Tufte Wear, a growing leader in the Nordic outdoor clothing market, to address conversion challenges and revitalize their online presence. We overhauled their site design and application ecosystem with results that have been extraordinary! Conversion rate + 177%, add to cart + 196%, reached checkout + 166%, and total orders + 22% !

Sprekenhus, a luxury unisex skincare and fragrance brand founded in 2010 in Oslo. We migrated their ecommerce platform from WooCommerce to Shopify with the clients goal of enhanced reliability, flexibility, and reduced agency dependency. Our work included information migration, store design, CRO, user experience and process improvements, in addition to content development, and team training.

WILFA, a Nordic leader in high-quality kitchen and home appliances, aimed to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance cross-border selling. Previously on Optimizely, we migrated them to Shopify Plus over four months, boosting digital marketing compatibility and setting the foundation for international growth. Our work resulted in a faster, more efficient, and scalable ecommerce solution.

Coverbrands is an online beauty store offering a wide range of well-known international beauty brands. This 6-week migration, from Magento 2 to Shopify Plus involved migrating over 9,000 SKUs, 387,151 customers, and 325 product and vendor collections, as well as marketing and operational integrations. The clients primary goals were process enhancements and operational cost reduction.

Established in 1957, Norway Designs celebrates Norwegian design and craftsmanship. Facing challenges with their online store and low conversion rates, we revamped their Shopify 2.0 theme, optimizing CRO & AOV for an improved user experience. Post-launch, they achieved impressive results: online sales increased by 93%, orders by 84%, AOV rose by 10%, and conversion rates surged by 28%.
