Pomegranate partnered with GRAYBOX to redesign and rebuild their decades-old DTC ecommerce experience. Our team extended a recent brand refresh to digital and applied it to new Shopify Plus theme to that reflects the new direction of the brand and diverse product needs. This work also included integrating with back-office systems to manage inventory and orders.

GRAYBOX partnered with UNLESS Collective to build out a re-imagined ecommerce experience on Shopify Plus with a creative and development collaboration that allowed the brand to easily launch new product categories and more effectively manage website changes in the future.

Capitalizing on strong D2C growth during COVID-19, GRAYBOX worked with the Moccamaster team to rapidly redesign the US that focused key areas of the buying journey and more effectively telling the brand story.

GRAYBOX has engaged with Purina on a number of D2C initiatives, including Just Right, My Fancy Feast, EverRoot and Petivity brands. This work has included design, UX optimization, CRO, feature iteration, and maintenance of these properties.

GRAYBOX partnered with the Plants by Mail team to redesign and launch their new site on Shopify, after many years within the WordPress/WooCommerce ecosystem. Our team leveraged and out-of-the-box theme as a starting place, extending it with custom design touches that personalized the site experience for them. We have since also engaged in Shopify implementations with their sister companies.

GRAYBOX became MyChelle’s trust­ed part­ner in all things dig­i­tal by improv­ing aspects of their ecom­merce marketplace and managing ongoing digital marketing campaigns for their growing brand. MyChelle’s ecom­merce pres­ence improved sig­nif­i­cant­ly, our team drove revenue via acquisition and nurture campaigns, and GRAYBOX ultimately navigated them into a replatform effort on Shopify Plus.
