This has resulted in + 51% increase in Subscriptions with 73% of all orders including a subscription including + 119% AOV. This is using our growth retainer accelerator.

Days is a modern alcohol-free beer brand brewed for doers. Known for its bold mission—great-tasting beer with 0% alcohol.
The optimisation project for Days began with a comprehensive UX and data audit. The aim was to surface friction points and identify untapped opportunities across the core e-commerce journey. Results - AOV, CVR both up.

Migration to from a custom store to Shopify Plus. 
Expansion stores for European markets with localisation and language translation. 
Unique customer flows to capture data via paint sampling strategy requiring bespoke UX across all expansion store. 
B2B integration with first Spark Layer and then Shopify B2B across multiple markets.   

A theme customisation for a health and beauty disruptor brand in the UK. 
The project required building a brand guideline for e-commerce and then delivering that across creative and technical store needs. Integrations with core e-comm apps from Email CRM to Reviews and Affiliate tracking, this was a fast, creative first store design and build for a direct to consumer start up. 

We led Vita Coco’s migration from THG’s Ingenuity platform to Shopify 2.0, enabling full admin control, global PDP customization (product‑sibling variant views), enhanced navigation, and rich landing pages (B‑Corp, recipes). They embedded Klaviyo for data capture, and implemented lightweight, mobile‑first Lottie animations for the consumer campaign while optimising UX and performance.
