We migrated Fluchos from PrestaShop to Shopify Plus, enabling a scalable ecommerce infrastructure. We implemented omnichannel sync with their ERP and logistics systems, optimized mobile UX, and created a flexible platform to support B2C and B2B growth across Europe.

We built a Shopify Plus multi-store setup for Thinking MU, supporting international expansion to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. The project included SEO localization, custom logistics workflows, and sustainability-driven storytelling through UX/UI design.

We integrated Popa’s Shopify store with their custom ERP, SGA (warehouse management), and product lifecycle software to ensure seamless inventory sync, order processing, and product data automation. This setup supports fast collection launches and scalable operations.

We led Polo Club’s Shopify Plus project by first integrating their custom ERP, followed by a full migration to Odoo ERP. Our solution ensured uninterrupted operations, automated order flows, and centralized product data, enabling scalable international ecommerce growth.

We migrated Mayka Shoes from PrestaShop to Shopify, improving performance, speed, and SEO. The result: +32% YoY increase in conversion rate and improved campaign efficiency. We also integrated real-time stock updates and dynamic collection filtering.

For Miswear, we created a global-ready Shopify Plus store reflecting the brand’s minimalist identity. With inventory in Hong Kong, we integrated APAC-friendly payments, optimized for Chinese-speaking markets, and built a DTC structure aligned with EU logistics.
