The brand has a very scientific position in market, but that was difficult to digest for a direct to consumer market. After refreshing the brand’s identity, we redesigned and built the site headless to better tie content and commerce.

Bear rebuilt Only Natural Pet’s subscription and discount systems from the ground up—streamlining UX, engineering flexible offers, and creating a loyalty roadmap. Post-launch, site-wide sales jumped 40% and new subscriptions grew 22%, all while giving the marketing team full control of promos.

Stratia Skin Redesign & Subscriptions

After completing a brand refresh, Stratia partnered with Bear Group for a brand led new website design and build. To expand it’s audience, Bear Group crafted a new design language, photography art direction, and positioning strategy. We rebuilt the site on Shopify 2.0 to further extend the flexibility of merchandising and content.
