When ATTN began working with Bones Coffee in April 2022, the company was navigating email deliverability issues due to Gmail and Hotmail’s recent algorithm changes. During the first six months of the partnership, ATTN’s email team worked diligently to correct the deliverability issues and re-establish email as a productive marketing channel – as it had been.

Because Midnight Hour was new to DTC, ATTN first needed to understand the brand’s audience and determine what ad creative and messaging they most responded to. New customer acquisition was essential, but the team also had to create ads that would keep existing customers coming back.

Historically, paid search wasn’t a major focus for Strike Gently. However, ATTN recognized the channel’s untapped potential as a cost-effective way to get the brand in front of qualified new buyers. The team saw significant growth opportunities in Display, YouTube, and non-brand search.
