Implementation in Shopify, as well as management, development and administration of the eCommerce channel for Chile and Ecuador. Support and evolution were provided for the channel to ensure its continuous improvement. In addition, the Evolutionary Maintenance service will be provided to a B2B Portal configured in Shopify. We help connect that portal to the ERP.

Chilean company that sells products to equip or remodel kitchens, with 15 stores nationwide and presence in Peru. Kitchen Center eCommerce management, based on Shopify Plus. We provide Evolutionary Maintenance service to electronic commerce, as well as support and monitoring of its infrastructure 24x7.

We made several improvements, some of the most notable are the restyling of the complete product page, the integration of a quote module that allows you to receive a quote for the assembled cart by email, support in the application of promotions, installation of a maximums module and minimum sales (product quantities and total order amounts), among others.

A CRO assessment was made. Completed a 5-channel redesign project with Bubba Bags and Bubba Black. Bubba Bags (from Chile it is replicated to Peru and Uruguay) and Bubba Black (from Chile to Uruguay). At the beginning of 2024, Bubba Paraguay was implemented, replicating the other channels. A new purchasing flow was implemented for Bubba Black, much more intuitive and with new tools.

Design and development of your eCommerce channel. Integration to our in-house developments of OMS (order management system) and our API for the generation of DTE (electronic tax documents), resulting in a highly integrated platform.
